My Story
I was the woman who
had it all together
on paper.
Burned out. People-pleasing. Disconnected from Allah, from my body, from the woman I knew I was created to be. I wore my busyness like armor — and underneath it, I was exhausted.
The moment I stopped performing and started returning — to my deen, to my femininity, to my actual desires — everything shifted. That’s what I now call the Feminine Fitrah.
Today I coach Muslim women globally — from the US to the UK, Canada to the Gulf — through Islamic wisdom, embodied femininity, and the written and spoken word. Not theory. Lived transformation.
